Absolutely you can. When we install an operating system we try where possible to put the best operating system we legally can. In some cases (for example when a licence key for software such as Windows is no longer visible) we cannot install that operating system legally and so we would typically install something like Chrome or Linux. If you wish to change the operating system once you have one of our devices, that is entirely up to you but please remember not to break the law. If you break the computer we may not be able to help you so please think carefully.
